Creative Workshops, Creating Solutions

Collaborative Decision Making -- finding solutions that work with your community, where interested participants are responsible for the outcome. An inclusive process which:
- develops a shared vision
- works with diverse groups
- clarifies issues and purpose
- educates the public.

Conflict Management -- improve school and business climates by increasing communication, conciliation and cooperation
Organizational Management -- system designs which are tailored to meet your company's needs and organizational structure; strategic planning and collaborative problem solving
Basic Mediation -- a 25 hour, interactive workshop, consisting of conflict theory and practice
Peer Mediation -- a process which teaches youth effective problem solving and communication skills. Conflicts are settled by peers in an environment of trust, cooperation and respect.
Staff Development -- interactive, skill based workshops tailored to the needs of participants.
