Since 1987, Common Ground has been under contract with the NYS Unified Court System to provide mediation and alternative dispute resolution services to Greene and Columbia Counties.

What Does Mediation Cost?
Mediation is at no cost to you if you have a financial hardship. Otherwise, we assess a $25 Administrative Fee for all parties. Cancellations less than 48 hours to your mediation will result in forfeiture of your payment.
